So you made it! You used the proper transportation (hopefully, the velomobile) and got past that scary amazon Guardian...
Elfin Forests are a bit chilly to humans, in the 45 to 65 degree range most of the year except winter, when it gets downright cold. That's why the velomobile is recommended.
First thing you will notice is stillness. No traffic, no chaos. You will hear only songs of birds, chirping or buzzing of crickets and their kin, and the whispering of leaves and grass in the breezes, that is it...
You will feel... an electricity... a "zingy" feeling that puts a spring into your step. You may feel chills like when you hear music that stirs you. This is due to the energies that abound in the sacred Elfin Forests. They are high vibrational and will increase your vibratory rate as well.
This will give you at least a "touch" of psychic abilities, and make it easier for you to journey "out of body".
In places, it may be necessary to exit your velomobile to negotiate rough parts of the trails. But this should not happen often. What does happen often are steep hills. Make sure your velomobile or bicycle has good low-range gearing for climbing.
No bridges can be a problem. But most streams can be waded across. A fallen tree can be found if you look up or down stream a ways. If you find or encounter an Elf, ask politely, if he or she has levitational abilities. If so, he/she may just "waft" you across. If you are wafted, fear not the feeling of falling into a bottomless pit! It is merely your organ of balance responding to zero or near-zero gravity. Normally, the only time it encounters such a condition, is if you have fallen. So that is the automatic response. In this case, just ignore it.
If you see a creek-side trail like this, follow it; it will lead to a bridge.
By the way, it is safe to drink the water straight out of the streams or creeks in the Elfin Forests. It has been infused with high vibrational energy and is very health-building.
If you seek permission from a high-ranking Elf, (one that has powerful magic; as shown either by actual application, or by observing a yellowish or goldenish, sort of a glow about the Elf), you might take a container of Elfin Forest water home with you. In the ordinary world, this is then the same as "Holy Water". Use it sparingly, and always with thanks to The Creator.
