Hobbit...These Elves are physical most of the time, and so are the most likely to be seen. They make or repair physical things. This one makes and services clocks.
They will make something for you for a gift or some work. If you help with their garden a bit, they will make something for you, an item, of course, of their specialty. These Elves are always up-beat and good natured. But lazy. That's why you can get a lot of "mileage" out of one by helping him or her with chores. Another important chore is that of courier. Often, other Elves request things made. It comes by thought. But the physical item must be physically carried to the requesting Elf. If you do it, the Hobbit will really be grateful, and will give you a chance to see a non-physical Elf (the one who requested the item) manifest before you. They are always attractive, yes, the males too, in some way.
They have a hard time accepting pure money, because it is just not used here.
In the case of the velomobile repair shop on the last page, if you but wash dishes for them, wash clothes for them, pick up around the place, and even, help go for this and go for that tool as they work on your velomobile, that will suffice as payment.
Christmas Elves: Actually, the "Elves" of Santa Clause are Hobbits, at least if one considers the way they are usually drawn or portrayed in popular legend and cartoons. Making toys would be right down a typical Hobbit's alley.
The next several Elves can exist in our dimension or "astrally". If you go out of body in the Elfin Forests, you are sure to meet a lot of Elves.Don't let red eyes scare you. They have unusual eye and skin colors, especially if met astrally.
Some Elves may be adorned like Kings or Queens. There seems to be no particular power system. The Elves exist in a policy of "All Things Common", more or less like Jesus (Christ Consciousness) tried to teach.However, they may be particularly old, or wise, or magically powerful Elves, respected by others. Consider yourself lucky if you meet such a Queenly or Kingly looking Elf.
Elves basically "run nature". That's their main function. This one, met astrally, is doing her usual thing. She is feeding the astral or energy body of the deer, so that when it awakes, it will continue growing in a healthy manner.This is typical of Elves' duties.
Note a slight glow about the head. That denotes powerful magic. This type elf can do a number of interesting things for you: Astrally lead you to the kingdom of Dragons, a wild experience to say the least; Impart psychic abilities to you to keep after leaving Elfin Forests; Impart the ability to levitate, but forbidding you to use it for show, or doing evil; Cause Love to come in to your life and many other things. Many of the abilities that can be "imparted" to you is done by means of being "shot" by the arrow! Scary, but, this is the astral world. When the arrow hits you, you feel no pain but an exhilarating feeling. Then, after returning to your body and awaking, and later, upon leaving the Elfin Forests, you will have your new found abilities.Elves are so finely built and of high-vibration, sometimes it is hard to tell males from females. In some cases, mannerisms may indicate male or female. Voice, if they physically speak, is a sure give-away.
Never forget to look up!Many Elves are in trees! The ones that work with plants, especially trees are, well, up in them. They are hard to spot, even when physically visible. They tend to be greenish themselves!
A typically hard-to-determine-the-sex type of Elf.But they are so equal in status, with no sexism at all, and all comfortable with who they are, human confusion as to what sex they are does not bother them. Just ask. This one is a male.
And like I say, Elves can be most attractive!

A Fae.
Faeries, almost always, can only be seen while in some kind of altered state, or out of body. They are characteristically small. Certain lucky, psychically gifted people can see them while awake and just walking around. Faeries can shape change, but they usually look something like this.
Faeries run nature from an even deeper spirit/energy level than Elves. They appear to be somehow involved with "translating Eighth-Density perfect forms to as perfect a manifestation possible in Third Density"... Third Density is where we live while alive.
