Second-Tier Elf Guides are almost all female and are the biggest Elves you will meet. Typically six-feet-one, two, three and on up to nearly seven whole feet tall, if fully materialized into physical, they can weigh a height-corresponding 180 to 280 pounds. They are scantily dressed and look really fit.She will stay with you throughout your journey. She can insure you will meet or see many Elves, both astrally and physically.
What gift is needed for her? A good heart. She can see generally into the future, as to what you will do with your new-found abilities upon leaving Elfin Forests. If you will not flaunt your abilities for egotistical show, or use them for evil, she will be your guide. But if she sees the future you with your abilities being a big show-off, or using them for evil, she will politely deny that she is a guide.
Oh, by the way, if an Elf says he or she is not a guide, do not assume you are the cause. They are NOT all guides. Many come to worship. The village also seems to be a power-center, or an Earth "accu-point" (like in accupuncture). Elves come here to... recharge... or something.
Keep asking, "Are you a Second Tier Guide". If you get all "no"s, especially from the tall, fit looking female Elves, then, you just might have a problem of what you would do with your new-found abilities. Best then to pick the mind of the Primary Elf Guide as much as you can, that go out alone, yourself.
They will very likely teach you meditation. Look, this one has led us to a "meditation pavillion" in the deep wilderness. You can see it in the back-ground. It has a really comfortable chair. She led me to it and hypnotized me, to train me for meditation. I went out of body and met her astrally. WOW! What an experience!!!
